I'm notoriously averse to cookbooks, except when it comes to baking. So I may have to chime in a work on a couple of things myself. I'm thinking about Bouley's "East Of Paris" first.
And as soon as the lab is finished here in the Bronx, we will work on El Bulli (1997-2002)...
